This is a preset that I love to use on sunsets and also concerts with amber and light blue lighting. All you need to do is apply the preset and then adjust the exposure, white balance and tint, highlights, and black levels to your preference.

This preset is presets are designed for Sony mirrorless cameras but can be used with any raw image file.
